Trip: We spent time at Points of Interest with enough free time to explore areas of interest, The pace of the trip was relaxed. I loved staying i the middle of cities. This made for a walkable vacation.
Service: We were well informed about our scheduled itinerary each day and suggestions were provided for free time. We received just the right amount of historical and background information to allow for particular interest questions.

Trip: We enjoyed the itinerary especially the scenery in Norway when we traveled from Bergen to Geiranger: awesome mountains, gorges, waterfalls all under cloudless skies. Having kayaking as an option allowed for quiet, close up view of Geiranger Fjord's beauty. City hotels put us right downtown in Copenhagen, Gothenberg, Stockholm, Bergen, and Oslo giving us the opportunity to walk to various sites. The only negative of the itinerary: Two full days on the coach. The scenery, train rides, and frequent stops helped mitigate the time sitting.
Service: From a customer service perspective, Luxury Gold provided an excellent experience. For example, travel documents available both online and via hardcopy; Travel Concierge always available, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help; airport transfers efficient. We had no concerns about customer service.

Trip: Very comprehensive tour, interesting museums and historical locations combined with many fun activities such as Tivoli gardens and the top of the ski jump in Oslo. The ride on the FLAM railway and boat tours of Stockholm and the fjord in Geiranger added to the experience. The most time was spent in Norway where the scenery were spectacular .The included dinners featuring local cuisine were great.
Service: The tour director was wonderful, not only extremely knowledgeable and organized, but very helpful with the flight and baggage delays we had at the start of the tour. The bus drivers were very skilled especially in Geiranger. The local guides were very knowledgeable as well.

Service: We highly recommend Insight and would definitely travel them again.

Trip: Great itinerary but long days too exhausting
Service: Our guide was exceptional and on the whole would recommend luxury gold, with a few provisos. The brass and glass mausoleums are very austere and impersonal, their rooms ultra modern with pitiful lighting. Not really welcoming. I loved the funky hotel in Bergen, much more fun. The 2 long days with extended travel was very wearing and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
