Trip: Loved every single place we adventured to. Perfectly selected, planned and paced.
Service: I have traveled with ALL the groups: Tauck, Collette, Premier, Mayflower, etc. for 20 yrs. This was my first Luxe Gold trip and I am pleased beyond belief. Their itinerary was perfectly planned and I have never had a better tour director in Missy Chapman. The combination was sheer gold and I am spoiled for any other company. Surely, a trip I will not soon forget

Trip: All the tours with the exception of one were excellent. I was not impressed with the bourbon factory. When we went to the assembly line, no one was working so we never saw anything. This tour was my least favorite, it seemed as if they were only trying to sell their bourbon. All other tours were superb and very informative.
Service: 1) Beautiful hotels that provided excellent breakfasts. 2) Well-informed tour director 3) Super spacious leg room on the bus which is a must when travelling from one destination to another. 4) The seats at the Grand Ole Opry were exceptional. 5) The amount of people on the tour (27) is perfect. 6) Dinners that are included were delicious especially Gibson's!

Trip: I loved Kentucky - particularly the OLD FRIENDS FARM and studio B. We really enjoyed Churchill Downs, but wish the jockey could've spent more time with us instead of the other man just talking about one of the trainers and showing his trophies when we didn't know who the guy was. Seeing the FOX Theater in St Louis was special as well. Gibsons was delightful in Chicago and the English Grill was fantastic at the Brown Hotel in Louisville. The Brown hotel was wonderful.
Service: yes, I would definitely recommend them and travel with Luxury gold again
