Trip: We just thought there was too much free time.
Service: Tour guide and coach driver were excellent. The only thing that we weren't "happy" with is all of the free time where there wasn't that much to do or see (we don't shop that much).

Trip: Visited the highlights. Would like more time at Lake Louise
Service: Not sure I would use Luxury Gold again. Prefer the regular Insight tours. Guide extremely knowledgeable, but not quite as attentive as other Insight guides.

Trip: We wished for more time in Lake Louise, because it's so beautiful there. But we were happy to have the Calgary Stampede experience. And because of the distances we had to cover, there was no time to see a winery in the Okanagan Valley region, which is known for its wines.
Service: We had a great time on our Canadian Rockies tour and thoroughly enjoyed our Calgary Stampede experience. From first day to last, we had great service, starting with a driver meeting us at Vancouver airport late at night, though our plane was late, and continuing with a great tour guide, Dave Neil, who worked hard to keep everything running smoothly, and our amazing driver Andreas (Andy), who kept the coach spotless at all times and is the best driver ever.

Trip: The right hotels in the best locations, a comfortable coach, a savvy knowledgeable guide, and a well thought out trip. No complaints at from the time we arrived in Vancouver until the time we left.
Service: The trip was great. The website we were supposed to use prior to the trip was clunky and not intuitive. I like this company a great deal. I would recommend them. But the online experience prior is the weakest part of the company. I really do not remember what in particular was troublesome, but we were confused. To be clear, the actual trip was fantastic. All of our vouchers were included and everything about the trip went perfectly. The only issue is the website prior to the trip.
