Trip: loved the trip....only negative would be be when we asked about mobility issues & walking we were told that it would not be an issue as this trip would be all "old people"...this was not the case. Even though we didn't participate in some activities, we still had a great time
Service: It was an awesome trip...thd Canadian Rockies are breathtaking. We made a lot of effort to be linked with our friends from the beginning. Not sure why we weren't placed with closer rooms etc....even our seats were not together on the train. Also, some health needs like distilled water, were requested but not always supplied.

Trip: More time could have been spent in some places, e.g. we really needed longer at the treetops, Calipo Bridge Park. This could have been achieved by not taking us to the Granville Market, which was easily accessible from the hotel, should people wish to visit it.
Service: Our tour director was knowledgeable but could have communicated better, for example providing typed copies of the daily itinerary rather than passing around a hand written sheet for us to copy.

Trip: Was not that interested in seeing Vancouver, just another city. Anxious to go and see the Rockies themselves and spend the time there.
Service: We were given the tools to plan and prepare before our trip. Every step of the way our Tour Director ( Lezli) was by our side making sure all was well.
