Trip: As stated previous, I was somewhat disappointed with the beginning in Santiago.
Service: I enjoyed the entire trip. I think a more in depth tour of Santiago and/or Valparaiso would have made that part of the tour more interesting. I got info from hotel staff as to where i could go within walking distance from the hotel since i got in early. I enjoyed the walk to the city overlook at the large park and yet this park was not even mentioned or the group taken to, what a miss. I especially enjoyed Iguassu Falls.

Trip: Wouldn't have planned it much different ourselves. So much was included to make the experience worth the money and time.
Service: Well planned and thoughtful itinerary. The service we received was excellent. Absolutely no complaints.

Trip: A fine mixture of sights and sounds that helped us relate to each country's character...
Service: Choice of hotels and amenities was outstanding, as was trip leadership (Roberto Campos) and meal offerings. However, one luxury dinner was changed to a buffet lunch with no explanation.

Trip: As before described . Excellent tour
Service: Excelent hotels , tours and tour Director was amazing, but the Celebration Dinner was a big bad decision , was Asian food in the country more famous for Churrasco ( a kind of red meat) . This is the first bad experience in all trips with Insight Vacación

Trip: If I'd realised how many steps there were in Valparaiso, I would have stayed in Santiago for the day, as I've no interest in wineries, which was the other stop. The highlights for me were the visit to La Bamba ranch, Iguassu Falls and Rio. The lowlights were the tango and samba shows as I couldn't stand the noise. I sent an email to Alan Cook at destamer.com with my comments, emphasising that they weren't intended as criticism of the company or its employees.
Service: The travelling concierge, Roberto, was excellent, as were the local experts. When our luggage was left in Santiago after our flight to Buenos Aires, Roberto dealt with the situation very well.
