We have compiled a list of answers to the most frequently asked questions we have received to help you feel informed and confident when booking your tour and traveling with Luxury Gold. VACCINES, TESTING and QUARANTINE

For Europe Travel: Effective immediately, all guests booked to travel to European destinations on tours commencing up until September 30, 2021, with Luxury Gold are required to be fully vaccinated to travel. Venues such as museums and restaurants are requiring proof of full vaccination.

For USA Travel (excluding Hawaii): Proof of vaccination or verifiable and negative PCR or Antigen test taken 72 hours prior to the start of the tour.

For Hawaii Travel: U.S. domestic travelers who have completed vaccination 15 days or more prior to visiting the destination, no longer require Covid-19 testing but will still need to register their vaccination via the Safe Travels platform. Non-vaccinated travelers must have proof of verifiable and negative PCR test from a state approved trusted testing partner no earlier than 72-hours prior to their flights arrival in Hawaii.

Guests will also need to comply with specific requirements imposed by airlines and/ or governments which may differ from the above.

For Travel to Other Destinations: Guests will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR or Antigen test taken within 72 hours of travel to their Wellbeing Director* upon arrival and before joining the tour.

Bookings, Cancelations and Refunds

Absolutely. Thanks to our risk free and flexible booking conditions, you are free to change your travel plans up to 30 days before your tour is due to depart. You can choose new dates and / or a new destination without penalty on the land portion of your tour. Luxury Gold is also a proud member of The Travel Corporation, who remain a stable and solvent company despite the difficult circumstances caused by the pandemic.

WELL-BEING ON YOUR TOUR

When you travel with us, you can rest assured your health and well-being are our top priority. As well as implementing a new 3-step hygiene and well-being protocol that has been endorsed by the World Tourism & Travel Council (WTTC), each of our tours of 20 guests or more will also be accompanied by a Well-Being Director*, who will ensure that all protocols are adhered to, and who will provide support and guidance to our guests.

YOUR VACATION EXPERIENCE

Single travellers have two options when they travel with us. They can either choose to share a twin room with another traveller, or if they wish to have their own room they can pay a single supplement rate. *Luxury Gold will include a Well-Being Director on tours with more than 20 traveling guests to all operating regions excluding Japan, Australia & New Zealand. Custom groups will have the option to include a Well-Being Director for a surcharge. In addition to the Traveling Concierge and Driver Team, the Well-Being Director will be responsible for keeping up to date on the latest health authority and local government guidelines. They will also ensure adherence to well-being protocols on tours and will be a dedicated support to help guide our guests.
