Will I need to have had the COVID-19 vaccination to be allowed to travel with Luxury Gold?
How can I show you that I have been vaccinated?
Is there a specific brand of vaccine that I would need to take in order to be considered vaccinated by Luxury Gold, or in a specific destination?
How will Luxury Gold be assisting with any mandatory testing required pre, during and post travel?
I have already received my vaccination, will I still need to comply with testing?
Where can I get tested for COVID-19 in the USA?
Can I use a home test kit to do my pre-travel PCR test?
How do I know what the country I am traveling to requires for my upcoming trip?
How much time will be taken out of my holiday for required Covid testing?
Will there be any intermittent testing on longer or multi-country tours?

How will Luxury Gold take care of my health and well-being?
Will an entire tour group be considered a pod, or will we all have to distance from each other?
How are the coaches cleaned and maintained to ensure they are germ-free?
Will your tours be operating at full capacity, or how are you preparing your tours to ensure that social distancing is respected?
What happens if I fill out my Travel Declaration too far in advance, or don't fill it out on time?
Do minors need to complete the Travel Declaration?
Will travel requirements be subject to different guidelines if I am traveling in a private group?
Will I need to wear a mask the entire time on the tour?

DIFFERENT COUNTRIES ARE VACCINATING AT DIFFERENT RATES AND MY COUNTRY IS FURTHER AHEAD IN THEIR VACCINATION ROLLOUT. HOW WILL THIS IMPACT YOUR TOURS WHEN YOU BEGIN TO OPERATE AGAIN?
The CDC is currently not recommending foreign travel, and it is unclear how long this recommendation will last for. When are you likely to operate tours again?
Will I have a good time with these new protocols in place?
What happens if any of the sites or inclusions my group is due to visit are affected by closures while I am on tour?
If we are able to travel, what is the probability of the tour operating as normal? Will restaurants be closed, for example?
If I book my tour and then certain sites or experiences are suddenly required to close, how will you ensure my experience is not impacted?
When traveling with Luxury Gold, will I be required to stay exclusively with the group and therefore not be able to enjoy experiences outside of the itinerary on my own, because of risk of exposure?
How will group dinners be affected by the new well-being policies?
How will the buffet style breakfasts be arranged in light of COVID?
*Luxury Gold will include a Well-Being Director on tours with more than 20 traveling guests to all operating regions excluding Japan, Australia & New Zealand. Custom groups will have the option to include a Well-Being Director for a surcharge. In addition to the Traveling Concierge and Driver Team, the Well-Being Director will be responsible for keeping up to date on the latest health authority and local government guidelines. They will also ensure adherence to well-being protocols on tours and will be a dedicated support to help guide our guests.
